Carmen Cutino was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and has a distinguished background in finance and accounting, bolstered by a decade of active duty service in the United States Army, where she specialized in Accounting and Finance.

With over 27 years of leadership experience in finance, accounting, and operations, Carmen has excelled in both government and privately-held organizations. She has a strong focus on construction, manufacturing, retail, and operations, and is adept at working with cross-functional teams to align goals and achieve objectives. Her expertise includes general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as acquisition integration and software/ERP implementation. Additionally, Carmen has extensive experience in payroll management, having handled payroll for over 500 employees.

Carmen holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and a Master’s Degree in Finance. Throughout her career, she has held various roles, including Collections, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Credit Manager, Auditor, Accounting Payroll Manager, and Senior Accountant.
